Devika Budathoki is a well-known name among Nepalese entrepreneurs in Nepal. She is most notably known as the president of Nepal Entrepreneurial Women Federation (NEWF) which has helped hundreds of women entrepreneurs to launch and grow their business. Devika Budathoki firmly believes that a women can only be independent if she has gained marketable professional skills and is financially independent.
Devika Budathoki started to work from the early age of twelve. As she gained more experience, she established her own venture. With this achievement, many women around her would now come to her seeking her guidance and support. It turned out the guidance and encouragement she gave to all these women had helped them a lot more than she had expected. All this motivated her to work more on the field of women entrepreneurship and help them build their own business. Today, Devika Budathoki leads various organizations such as Nepali Maato, and Nepal Entrepreneurial Womena Federation.
